Refund Policy
Short answer: When and how you can get your money back. Unused credits are refundable within 14 days, and failed videos go back to your balance automatically.

Failed runs
If a run fails, the credit is returned to your balance automatically.
Unused credits
You can request a refund for unused credits within 14 days of purchase. Email support@hittheroaddude.meme with your order ID (shown in your account panel). Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe.
Used credits
Credits already used to create videos are generally not refundable. If a result is clearly broken, email us within 14 days and we will review it.
How refunds affect credits
A refund or card chargeback for an order removes all credits from that pack, including credits you have already used — refunds and chargebacks are processed per order, not per remaining credit. If this takes your balance below zero, new runs are blocked until you add credits to bring your balance back to zero or above.
Subscriptions
Plans renew automatically every month or every year until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in the account panel. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current period is not prorated and its remaining monthly credits are still added until it ends.
Yearly plans are paid up front and add the same credits every month for twelve months. A refund of a subscription payment removes the credits that payment added, including credits you have already used, and stops the remaining monthly credits of that period.
Processing time
We reply within 48 hours. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show the refund.
