By using Hit the Road Dude AI you agree to these terms. Hit the Road Dude AI is operated by Hit the Road Dude AI Studio.
The service
Hit the Road Dude AI turns photos you upload into AI-generated videos. Results are created by AI and may contain mistakes or differ from your expectations. Review them before using them.
Accounts
You sign in with Google. Keep your account secure; you are responsible for activity under it.
Credits and payments
- Credits are sold in packs or through a subscription. One credit is one run that creates 1 video.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and do not expire while your account is open.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Hit the Road Dude AI Studio is the seller, and prices may include applicable taxes.
- Refunds follow our Refund Policy (14 days for unused credits).
Your content
You keep the rights to photos you upload. You confirm you have the right and, where needed, the consent of the people shown. You grant us a limited license to process your photos only to provide the service.
You may use generated videos for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the Acceptable Use Policy and the rights of people shown in them.
Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend accounts that break it.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
